SHIPPING POLICY

Country Rose Bath and Body aims to have all orders processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During the holiday seasons (Mother's Day and Christmas for example) shipping times may vary.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. For more information or to request an alternative carrier, please contact us directly.

We do offer local pick-up for local residents. Please choose that option during check out. We will contact you with the pick-up address.

Delivery is available to orders placed within Sylvan Lake. Please provide the delivery address when placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns, however your satisfaction is our priority. Should you receive broken or damaged products, or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us so that we can find a solution.
